Professor Jiang Guibin
   
  Professor Jiang Guibin was an analytical and environmental chemist, Chinese Academy of Sciences, TWAS Fellow, researcher and director of the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Professor Jiang graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Shandong University in 1982. In 1991, he received PhD from the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was a visiting scholar in the National Research Council of Canada during 1989-1991 and a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Chemistry, University of Antwerp, Belgium during 1994-1996. he was appointed as the director of the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences since August 2012, and was elected as fellow of TWAS in September 2012. He currently as the director of State Key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology; deputy editor of the American Chemical Society ES & T and "chromatography" magazine; chief editor of "Environmental Chemistry"; executive deputy editor of "Science Bulletin". Professor Jiang is also an adjunct professor and doctoral instructor of the China Science and Technology University as well as Xiamen University.
