Professor Shik Chi Edman Tsang obtained his doctoral degree at the University of Reading, UK in 1990. His research direction was solid chemistry and catalysis, as well as catalytic oxidative coupling of methane. Subsequently he was engaged at Oxford University as a postdoctoral fellow and chair of Advanced Materials and Catalysis Research Center. Now, he is currently as professor and director of Wolfson Catalysis Research Center, Department of Chemistry, University of Oxford, and conduct long-term research of heterogeneous catalysis which related to energy and environmental issues. |
